The challenge of enjoying wine is that after a short while, it appears the bottle collection starts to self generate, the rack in the corner is full so you add a second rack, which fills quicker than the first and so on and on until you have a whole room filled with boxes of wines that you cherish!

         There are two directions one can go in at this point in your wine journey, the first is to become the entertainer in chief for your friends and host a variety of parties until you have culled the collection back to a reasonable level, or the second option develop a reasonable plan to drink the drinkables, release the wines you don't care for and arrange proper storage for those that you would like to watch mature!
