Bibi Graetz is one of Tuscany's
great emerging producers.
His Testamatta Estate is located just
above Florence and near Fiesole in
the hamlet of Vincigliata where he
resides in the Castello di
Vincigliata. His wines are a true
expression of Tuscany, since he
refuses to grow international
varietals and focuses exclusively on
Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino.
Sommelier John Halbach will be our
guest to present the wines and
educate us about Bibi and his wines.
